This service provides AI-generated style reports and recommendations based on user-submitted photos and body measurements (height and weight). The service is digital only and no physical goods are shipped.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Inputs and Accuracy
You are responsible for the information you submit. Please ensure you have the rights to any uploaded content and that all inputs are accurate.
4. Payments and Taxes
Payments are processed via a Polar-hosted checkout. Polar acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment processing and applicable sales tax or VAT. We do not store payment card details.
5. Delivery and Digital Performance
The service is delivered immediately after payment through on-screen display and optional download or sharing. By purchasing, you request immediate performance of the digital service. Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that the right may be lost once the service is fully delivered.
6. License and Acceptable Use
Reports and recommendations are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this permission.
8. AI Output Limitations
AI-generated outputs may be imperfect and are provided for informational purposes only. The service does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
